This is the starting point for anyone wanting simply to pursue a powerful personal healing journey or also to begin training as a Metatronic Healing practitioner, if that is your calling. The 3-Day Foundation Course is an opportunity to receive deeply from Spirit, taking you into a place of rare stillness, and stimulating a process of powerful transformation, conducted in a spirit of relaxation, joy and companionship.

What you will receive here, most fundamentally, are the first 7 Metatronic Transmissions: these, the core of Metatron's gifts to us, will deliver high frequency, divine energies directly into your subtle and physical bodies. Each Transmission is preceded by an Attunement which is a simple touch of the thumb on any given part of your body, to 'attune' it to receive the energies, much as we adjust the receiver on a radio to receive the wavelength we seek. You will then lie (or sit, if you prefer) in comfort while the energy is silently transmitted to every person in the room. As your energy body swells with the incoming wave, you will typically feel a sense of softening, expansion and something that most people describe as bliss: the very matrix of your being is undergoing a gentle but profound restoration.

Energetic clearance work, done at a group level, supports the energy transmissions: the deeper the clearance of old 'stories' from the places where the body has held traumatic or self-limiting memories, beliefs and thought forms, the greater the space created for the more empowering information held within the energy of the Transmissions. The 'stories' are the fictional versions of reality that we tell ourselves over and over, without even noticing - and they hold us back - whereas the high frequencies of Metatron carry the truth that sets us free.

Metatron's promise is to activate our heart centers. As your heart energy is awakened and empowered, your wounds more and more deeply transmuted to wisdom, you will find less and less need to return to old, disempowering tapes and you will expand into the truth of who you are.

This is an intensive healing for anyone who attends, as indeed are all the Metatronic workshops - but it's often also the start of something more. Some people choose to attend the full programme of Metatronic workshops for their own healing, fortification and growth. Many others - particularly those who are already practitioners in one or more healing modality - choose to train in Metatronic Healing work. The Foundation course is the first step if you wish to embark on the joys of this work, whose training and practice will begin in earnest with the Intermediate Course.

As you will most probably spend a goodly amount of time lying on the floor, wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a rug and a cushion. Full workbooks are provided - you can ponder through them at your leisure - so in these 3 sacred days you can relax as deeply as you like.
